The Box Slide Angle Tester is a precision testing device specifically designed to evaluate the slip resistance of corrugated boxes. The instrument simulates the tilting conditions that boxes may encounter during transportation, stacking, and storage, precisely measuring the critical tilt angle at which the upper box begins to slide relative to the lower box—known as the slide angle. During testing, two identical corrugated boxes filled with actual contents are neatly stacked on the testing platform. The device tilts automatically at a constant speed of 1.5°/s, with the angle displayed digitally in real time. When the upper box begins to slide, the angle is recorded as the slide angle. The instrument features automatic tilt control, a 100 W motor, 220V/50Hz power supply, and overall dimensions of 950×720×650 mm.
