The Particulate Filtration Efficiency Tester is a precision device designed for testing the filtration efficiency of respiratory protective equipment such as masks and meltblown fabric, suitable for KN and KP series product evaluation. The equipment is designed in accordance with GB 2626-2019 (Respiratory protective equipment — Non-powered air-purifying particle respirator) standard. It uses an aerosol generator to produce a NaCl aerosol with a defined concentration (≤200 mg/m³, particle size 0.075±0.02 μm). A high-precision photometer measures the aerosol concentration before and after filtration, calculating the particulate filtration efficiency. The flow rate range is 10-100 L/min with an accuracy of 2%, and the pressure is 500 Pa. The system consists of a particle generator, flow measurement device, and concentration measurement device, along with a humidifier and sealed chamber to simulate actual breathing conditions. It is the standardized equipment for filtration efficiency testing and quality control in mask and meltblown fabric manufacturing, inspection agencies, and research institutions.
