The Intelligent Seal Tester is a specialized testing instrument for vacuum leak testing of food, pharmaceutical, medical device, packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, and boxes. It is designed according to GB/T 15171 and ASTM D3078 standards. Using the negative pressure method, it creates a pressure differential across the specimen by vacuum pumping and observes leakage, expansion, or recovery to evaluate seal integrity. The instrument features a high-quality acrylic sealing chamber with wall thickness increased to 15mm for enhanced pressure resistance and service life. An electronic pressure-holding device reduces mechanical wear and ensures longer holding time. The PVC control panel provides digital pressure display with 0.1kPa resolution. A built-in timer starts synchronously with pressure holding and automatically resets after completion. The vacuum range is -90 to 0kPa with ±0.1kPa accuracy, and the vacuum chamber size is Φ270mm×200mm (standard, customizable). Overall dimensions are 420×320×520mm, net weight 12.5kg.
