By achieving precise closed-loop control over the three core parameters—coating speed, coating pressure, and substrate flatness—it elevates laboratory coating processes from experience-dependent "manual art" to quantifiable, reproducible "exact science." It supports wire bar, four-sided blade, adjustable blade, and slot-die blade coating methods. Coating speed is settable from 1-2000 mm/min (standard) or 1-200 mm/s (high-speed), with an effective coating size of 200×300 mm. Vacuum adsorption holds substrates such as copper foil, aluminum foil, plastic sheets, and glass that cannot lie flat by themselves.
