The electric heating digester applies direct electrical heating to a rotating pressure vessel. The cylindrical vessel rotates at approximately 1 rpm, promoting intimate contact between the chips and the liquor, which allows for a low liquor-to-wood ratio and reduced cooking time. An intelligent temperature controller with a brushless signal system ensures reliable, maintenance-free operation. Pre-programmed cooking profiles can be stored and recalled, automating the entire cycle. It is suitable for wood chips and non-wood fibers such as bamboo, wheat straw, rice straw, bagasse, and reed. By adjusting the cooking liquor composition and profile, different degrees of delignification can be achieved.

2. What is the advantage of the brushless system over traditional carbon brushes?

3. How do I clean the vessel after cooking?
After cooling and depressurizing, open the feed port and rinse the interior with water and a soft brush. The 304 stainless steel surface is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Avoid hard scrapers.

Yes. The intelligent controller supports multi-step programming (ramp rate, target temperature, holding time) and can store multiple recipes. Simply recall a recipe to replicate the exact cooking conditions across batches.

5. What if the heating rate becomes noticeably slower?
